If an item is low in stock, it may ship instead from one of our overseas warehouses in Europe, via FedEx or DHL. This does not affect delivery time.

All shipments — domestic or international — are insured and delivered by UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped daily between 7 AM–3 PM (Los Angeles time). Orders placed before 1 PM (LA time) ship the same day.

1. Unboxing and Initial Ventilation

After unboxing, carefully remove all protective materials and inspect the chair and accessories for any signs of damage.

As the chair and cushions may have remained in sealed packaging for an extended period during transit, a slight odor from the packaging or materials may be noticeable upon initial unboxing. This is normal, and the odor will dissipate over time.

For best results:
• Remove the cushions and other soft components from the packaging.
• Place the chair and cushions in a well-ventilated, dry area.
• Allow the cushions and other fabric components to air out naturally for 24–48 hours before prolonged use.
• Do not place the cushions in enclosed or poorly ventilated spaces during this initial ventilation period.
• Do not use harsh chemicals, air fresheners, or heat sources to eliminate the odor.
• If the cushions are damp upon unboxing, ensure they are completely dry before use or storage.

*Important Note: Do not place this product directly near heaters, fireplaces, or other high-heat sources. Excessive heat may damage the cushions, surface coatings, or other components.

2. Cushion and Fabric Care

Regular maintenance helps preserve the appearance, comfort, and performance of the cushions.

Routine Cleaning:
• Regularly brush the surface gently with a soft brush or vacuum it to remove loose dirt and debris.
• For minor stains, gently wipe the area using **mild soap and warm water** with a soft cloth or sponge.
• Do not scrub vigorously, as this may damage the fabric or surface coating.
• After cleaning, place the cushions in a well-ventilated area to **air dry completely** before use or storage.

Moisture Protection and Drainage:
The seat cushions are designed with drainage holes to allow water to escape after exposure to rain or moisture.
However, this drainage feature does not mean the cushions are completely waterproof.

Cushion Care Recommendations:
• Ensure the cushions are thoroughly dry after exposure to rain or cleaning.
• Avoid leaving wet cushions in enclosed or poorly ventilated areas. *   Do not store the cushions while they are damp or not fully dry.
• During prolonged periods of inclement weather, store the cushions in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated area.

3. Frame and Wicker/Rattan Care

To maintain the chair frame in optimal condition:
• Regularly remove dust and loose debris using a soft cloth or soft-bristled brush.
• Clean surfaces with mild soapy water when necessary.
• Rinse gently with clean water after washing.
• Ensure the chair is completely dry before use or storage.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or harsh chemicals, as these may damage the surface or finish.

4. Metal Frame and Hardware Care

Regularly inspect the metal frame and hardware to ensure safe and stable use.

• Periodically wipe away dirt, dust, and moisture.
• Keep the frame and hardware dry whenever possible.
• Regularly check bolts, screws, hooks, and connection points.
• Tighten any loose hardware before further use.
• Discontinue use and contact customer service if you notice rust, corrosion, cracks, deformation, or other damage.

5. Weather Protection and Storage Recommendations

To ensure longevity, avoid exposing the chair to harsh weather conditions for extended periods.

• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight when not in use.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to rain, snow accumulation, or excessively humid environments.
• Move the chair to a sheltered or covered area whenever inclement weather is expected.
• Store cushions indoors or in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated area during long periods of non-use.
• Ensure all cushions and components are **completely dry** before storing for the season.

Notice：

Do not:
• Use bleach, harsh chemicals, or abrasive cleaners.
• Machine wash or tumble dry the cushion (unless explicitly stated on the product label).
• Store the cushion while it is damp or wet.
• Place the product near open flames or high-heat sources.
• Leave the chair exposed to harsh weather conditions for extended periods.
• Continue using the chair if structural components or hardware are damaged. Proper ventilation, regular cleaning, and correct storage will help maintain the appearance, comfort, and durability of your hanging globe chair for years to come.

Sometimes packages are shipped promptly, but experience carrier delays. We use the US Postal Service to ship the vast majority of our packages and they are currently experiencing delays due to a high volume of ecommerce packages. While we have tried to provide a buffer for any USPS delays with our shipping deadlines, occasionally packages are delayed outside of our control. For packages that appear lost in transit, our policy is that if a package has not been delivered or shown movement within 10 business days of the last USPS scan activity, we will issue a replacement or store credit. We have found that almost all delayed packages are delivered or show movement within that time frame.

WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS in case your order arrives incorrect or damaged.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you can return it for repair or exchange within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. We do not offer refunds in any case.

Step 2: Describe Your Design

Tell us about the design elements you envision, or let our professional team find a suitable design for you.
Pro Tip: The more reference images you provide, the better. If you don't have any, we can send you examples to help you choose the right style.

Step 3: Review and Confirm the Quote

Once we understand your requirements, we will provide a quote for your custom furniture. If you decide to proceed, a $280 deposit is required.

Step 4: Preliminary Design Concepts

After you confirm the quote and pay the deposit, our design team will create several preliminary design concepts for you within 24–48 hours.

Step 5: CAD Design

If you are satisfied with the preliminary concepts, we will move to the detailed CAD design phase. This stage takes approximately 24–48 hours, and you can request unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied.

Note: The initial $250 payment will be deducted from the final price of the furniture.

Step 6: Final Payment and Production

Once the CAD design is finalized, we will request the remaining balance. Afterward, our production team will begin crafting your custom piece.

Step 7: Stay Updated

We will keep you informed throughout the production process and send you progress photos.

Step 8: Delivery

Production typically takes 3–4 weeks, and shipping via FedEx or UPS takes approximately 4 days.
