WHERE ARE ORDERS SHIPPED FROM?
Shipping Locations & Carriers
Most in-stock items ship directly from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California.
If an item is low in stock, it may ship instead from one of our overseas warehouses in Europe, via FedEx or DHL. This does not affect delivery time.
All shipments — domestic or international — are insured and delivered by UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped daily between 7 AM–3 PM (Los Angeles time). Orders placed before 1 PM (LA time) ship the same day.
At Delivery
A valid ID and signature are required to receive your package.
Free Shipping
Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS DELAYED DURING SHIPPING?
Sometimes packages are shipped promptly, but experience carrier delays. We use the US Postal Service to ship the vast majority of our packages and they are currently experiencing delays due to a high volume of ecommerce packages. While we have tried to provide a buffer for any USPS delays with our shipping deadlines, occasionally packages are delayed outside of our control. For packages that appear lost in transit, our policy is that if a package has not been delivered or shown movement within 10 business days of the last USPS scan activity, we will issue a replacement or store credit. We have found that almost all delayed packages are delivered or show movement within that time frame.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS in case your order arrives incorrect or damaged.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you can return it for repair or exchange within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. We do not offer refunds in any case.
In the rare case that your order DOES NOT ARRIVE, we will send you a FULL REFUND.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
To track your purchase in realtime, please go to our order tracking page.In-stock items are shipped within 24 hours after purchasing. You will receive a tracking confirmation email as soon as your order has shipped. For custom orders and made-to-order items, the processing time is up to 4 weeks.

Step 2: Describe Your Design
Tell us about the design elements you envision, or let our professional team find a suitable design for you.
Pro Tip: The more reference images you provide, the better. If you don't have any, we can send you examples to help you choose the right style.
Step 3: Review and Confirm the Quote
Once we understand your requirements, we will provide a quote for your custom furniture. If you decide to proceed, a $280 deposit is required.
Step 4: Preliminary Design Concepts
After you confirm the quote and pay the deposit, our design team will create several preliminary design concepts for you within 24–48 hours.
Step 5: CAD Design
If you are satisfied with the preliminary concepts, we will move to the detailed CAD design phase. This stage takes approximately 24–48 hours, and you can request unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied.
Note: The initial $250 payment will be deducted from the final price of the furniture.
Step 6: Final Payment and Production
Once the CAD design is finalized, we will request the remaining balance. Afterward, our production team will begin crafting your custom piece.
Step 7: Stay Updated
We will keep you informed throughout the production process and send you progress photos.
Step 8: Delivery
Production typically takes 3–4 weeks, and shipping via FedEx or UPS takes approximately 4 days.
